per student (3 minimum)
Prerequisites: A basic/intermediate knowledge
of RoboHELP 11 Edition.
Course includes:
- Specific coverage of FAQ, Tricks and Tips, and Troubleshooting issues
- Coverage of class-specific needs and issues
- Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

Basic Online
Indexing (Introduction/Intermediate) One day $450 per
student (3 minimum)
Course includes:
- Structured workbook keyed to hands-on exercises
- Students will complete two separate indexing projects—one alone and one as a member of a small team
- Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

Indexing using RoboHELP 11 Edition (Introduction/Intermediate) Two days $895 per
student (3 minimum)
Prerequisites: Beginner knowledge
of indexing with some exposure to the uniqueness of online indexing or the Basic Online Indexing course.
This course does not cover basic indexing, though it does include a copy of Sageline's
indexing workbook for each student.
Course includes:
- Pre-session preparation materials to be completed and handed in the weekend before the start of the course
- Structured workbook keyed to hands-on exercises
- Students will complete four separate indexing projects—three alone and one as a member of a small team
- Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance
