Prerequisites: A basic/intermediate knowledge of RoboHELP 11 Edition.

Course includes:
  • Specific coverage of FAQ, Tricks and Tips, and Troubleshooting issues
  • Coverage of class-specific needs and issues
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

  • Students will complete two separate indexing projects—one alone and one as a member of a small team
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance

Prerequisites: Beginner knowledge of indexing with some exposure to the uniqueness of online indexing or the Basic Online Indexing course. This course does not cover basic indexing, though it does include a copy of Sageline's indexing workbook for each student.

Course includes:
  • Pre-session preparation materials to be completed and handed in the weekend before the start of the course
  • Structured workbook keyed to hands-on exercises
  • Students will complete four separate indexing projects—three alone and one as a member of a small team
  • Post-class phone and e-mail access to the instructor for ongoing assistance
